And it all came tumbling

down.

Now, 

Off balance

And

Out of sync with the inner self...

Gathering pieces...

Putting them back together

Finding a new meaning

Restoring balance

And 

Striving to be

In Sync

with the inner peace...

कई दिनों से

जैसे बस गयी है रूह में

घुल गयी है लहू में

और

दौड़ रही है हरदम

चलती हुई सासों के साथ साथ

धड़कते हुए इस दिल के संग

कभी कुछ सोचता है ये मन,

तो कभी

पूछता है ये सवाल

कभी खुद से

तो कभी खुदा से

बस यही

बार बार

की

क्या है मेरा अंजाम?

कहाँ है मेरा मुकाम?

एक अजीब सा सूनापन

और

एक अजीब सी उदासी

कई दिनों से

जैसे बस गयी है रूह में

घुल गयी है लहू में

और

दौड़ रही है हरदम

चलती हुई सासों के साथ साथ

धड़कते हुए इस दिल के संग...
